The similarity percentage represents the portion of content that matches material identified in the sources checked by the system. A similarity match does not automatically mean plagiarism; each match should be reviewed in context.

Where source information is available, the report can show matched sources and highlighted content so you can review the context and decide whether citation, quotation or rewriting is appropriate.

If report downloads are enabled for your account or plan, you can use the report download option after your document analysis is completed.
